Important: SpicyCord premium subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated. However, we recognize that exceptional situations may occur, and this policy explains how we handle them.
No Refund Policy
SpicyCord premium subscriptions are non-refundable once premium codes are activated. This policy exists because:
- Premium features are immediately accessible upon activation
- Digital services are consumed instantly
- Our premium codes system prevents resale or transfer
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in these limited situations:
- Technical Issues: If the bot is completely non-functional for more than 72 hours
- Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect premium code generation
- Service Discontinuation: If SpicyCord permanently shuts down
- Terms Violation by Us: If we violate our own terms of service
What Does NOT Qualify
The following situations do NOT qualify for refunds:
- Change of mind after code activation
- Discord server removal or account suspension
- Temporary Discord API outages or rate limits
- User violation of Terms of Service
- Normal bot maintenance or updates
- Dissatisfaction with specific features
- Discord policy changes affecting bot functionality
Refund Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund under exceptional circumstances:
- Contact us within 7 days of the issue occurring
- Provide your premium code and detailed explanation
- Include evidence of the qualifying issue (screenshots, etc.)
- Wait for our review (typically 3-5 business days)
Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method and provider policies.
Note: Refunds are subject to platform limitations (e.g., Discord or payment provider policies).
Subscription Cancellation
While refunds are not available, you can prevent future charges by:
- Not purchasing additional premium codes
- Allowing current premium subscriptions to expire naturally
- Contacting us if you have recurring billing concerns
Partial Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered only if less than 50% of the subscription time has been used. Partial refunds are granted only in exceptional cases and at SpicyCord's sole discretion based on unused subscription time from the date of service interruption.

Before requesting a refund, consider these options:
- Technical Support: We can often resolve functionality issues
- Feature Guidance: Learn how to better utilize premium features
- Account Recovery: Help with server or configuration problems
